Hi there @Chris_Lee,

That’s wonderful to hear! I’m so glad I could help and that the reset made such a noticeable difference. Hopefully she continues to behave like she did when you first unboxed her and keeps improving. Thanks for coming back and sharing the update—it may also help other Pophie owners who run into the same issue. :robot::two_hearts:

Best Regards

Hi there,

It warms our hearts to read your feedback, and we confirm that your operation method is completely correct. Using the reset button can effectively restore Pophie’s initial interactive state just like when you first unboxed her, bringing back her smooth and natural responses.

We really appreciate you taking the time to come back and share this positive result with us. Your experience will serve as a valuable reference for other Pophie owners.

Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you meet any new questions later on.

Thank you for your feedback.

If Pophie is saying he is distracted, there are several possible culprit behind these.

  1. You didn’t talk loud enough for her to register what you’ve said.
  2. Home network connectivity issues.
  3. Server down.
  4. Software bug.

From our beta testing, we have several solutions for this.

  1. Make sure to talk near Pophie, preferably in a quiet environment with less noise or echo.
  2. Ensure the WIFI access point is set to 5Ghz not 2.5Ghz (dont confuse this with mobile network 5G), and it is situated near Pophie (use a WIFI extender to boost signal).
  3. Server down, contact support or Pophie Admin to verify outtage.
  4. While rarely in latest versions, restart Pophie via the mobile app or pressing the R or P button underneath Pophie with a mobile SIM card tray ejector (not included), and finally check network settings on the app to verify the network Pophie is connected to, and re-connect.

All else fail, contact support@pophie.com to report on the issue and wait for further instructions.

Regards,
Hex
