Frequent Sleep
Outside scheduled sleep time, low lighting is currently the main expected reason Pophie may enter sleep automatically.
If your Pophie still falls asleep frequently in a well-lit room, please send us her SN and the approximate time it happened so we can check the logs.
Responsiveness & Conversation
We’ve received several similar reports about reduced proactive interaction, missed responses, interruptions, or conversations becoming disconnected.
We’re checking these cases together with our product and R&D teams.
If you’re experiencing this repeatedly, please send us your Pophie’s SN by private message or through the Pophie App so we can compare the affected devices.
