Why Pophie may fall asleep in a dim room
Pophie can fall asleep when her scheduled sleep time arrives or when you ask her to sleep by voice.
There is one more important condition: if the environment stays dim for a while, she may gradually become sleepy and fall asleep on her own. This is normal resting behavior.
If you want her to stay awake, brighten the room, wake her up, or start interacting with her again.
How to wake Pophie after she falls asleep
When Pophie is asleep, her response may be slower than usual, so she needs a little more patience.
Use only her wake word: “Pophie” or her nickname. Her nickname is shown in the upper-left corner of the app home page.
Say the wake word clearly and loudly at least three times. Do not add another request until she is awake.
You can also gently pat her back until she wakes up.
She heard me, but did not answer with words
Pophie supports gaze-based waking. When you call her, she may show that she heard you with a small “mm-hmm,” a look, or another subtle reaction instead of a full spoken reply.
That usually means she is listening. Continue with what you want to say rather than waiting for a formal answer first.
Can Pophie say good morning every day?
A scheduled daily “good morning” greeting is not currently available.
Pophie may sometimes greet you proactively in the morning, but this is not yet consistent and may not happen every day.
When will I receive Letters from Pophie if we have not interacted?
If there has been no interaction for 1–3 consecutive days, Pophie sends one letter each day. From days 4–14, she sends one every 3 days; from days 15–29, one every 7 days. After 30 days or more without interaction, letters pause until interaction resumes.
