Sharing one Pophie with family or friends
The primary account can share Pophie with trusted family members or friends using a family invite code.
- Open the app with the primary account and go to the home page.
- Tap the three-line menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Share Management.
- Select the device, then tap Copy Invite Code.
- Send the code to the person you trust.
- They sign in to their own app and select Add with Invite Code.
- They enter the code and confirm.
They do not need to repeat Bluetooth setup. Pophie will appear directly in their device list.
Each family invite code can be used by one account only. Create a separate code for each person, and do not post invite codes publicly.
How to power off Pophie
You can say:
- “Pophie, power off.”
- “Pophie, turn off.”
- “Pophie, power down.”
- “Pophie, shut down.”
Give her a moment to finish powering off before disconnecting power.
Using the three bottom control holes
First, place Pophie facing you. Then turn her over; use that viewpoint to identify the holes.
- The leftmost hole in the first row, marked R: short press to restart.
- The rightmost hole in the first row, marked P: press and hold to power on or power off.
- The leftmost hole in the second row: press and hold while Pophie is powered on to perform a factory reset.
Please double-check the orientation before using the holes. A factory reset clears device data, so use it only when necessary.
