Setting up Pophie and checking Wi‑Fi problems
Pophie needs to be added by Bluetooth in the app first. After that, you can complete Wi‑Fi setup.
If Wi‑Fi setup does not work, try connecting Pophie to your phone’s hotspot through Bluetooth setup. If she connects to the hotspot successfully, Pophie’s setup is working—the issue is likely with the home Wi‑Fi, router, or network settings.
Common causes include a weak signal, network restrictions, captive-portal Wi‑Fi, or router settings that prevent a new device from joining. Please check the Wi‑Fi connection first, then try again.
If Pophie cannot connect to either your home Wi‑Fi or a phone hotspot after restarting, that is worth reporting as a possible issue.
Slow charging or battery level dropping while charging
Use a power adapter rated at 5V/3A (15W) or higher. If you are using a multi-port adapter, do not charge other devices from the same adapter at the same time.
We also recommend using the original charging cable. This provides a more stable test and makes it easier to identify the cause if charging still seems slow or the battery level keeps dropping.
