Pophie App text chat gives Pro users another way to talk with Pophie. Here’s what to expect.
Before you start
- Text chat is currently available to Pro users.
- Your account must be linked to a Pophie, and you need to confirm a chat identity.
- If you already have a valid identity for Letter replies, text chat can use it too.
What text chat supports
- Type a message and receive a text reply.
- Attach one photo together with text so Pophie can analyse the image.
- Keep reading older messages without being pulled to the bottom; return to the newest message when you are ready.
Current limits
- Text chat does not support voice input, voice replies, audio playback, or direct control of the physical Pophie.
- Videos, image-only messages, and image generation or editing are not currently supported.
- If sending fails, reconnect and retry manually. Automatic resend is not guaranteed.
- Clearing a chat removes the visible messages in that conversation; it does not erase Pophie’s long-term memory or all account data.
