Pophie sleep when im not speak with her

Hi when i don’t speak with Pophie hi close the eye. Every time close the eye after a few minutes what i do to stay awake to the day

Mine not ,she is waiting for me and sometimes she is singing ,when she is alone

This is just my personal opinion. We should wait for the staff to provide their accurate and factual findings.

Possible Causes:

  1. Normal idle behavior – Pophie may close its eyes after being inactive for a few minutes to simulate resting or sleeping.
  2. Sleep mode is enabled – Pophie may automatically enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity.
  3. Low battery – If the battery is running low, Pophie may become less active or enter sleep mode sooner.
  4. Firmware behavior – The current firmware may be designed to let Pophie rest when no interaction is detected.

Possible Solutions :

  • Try interacting with Pophie regularly by speaking to it, touching it, or using the app to keep it active.
  • Check the battery level and make sure Pophie is sufficiently charged.
  • Restart Pophie to see if the behavior changes.
  • Check for firmware updates in the Pophie app, as newer versions may improve idle behavior.
  • Check the app settings to see if there is an option to adjust or disable automatic sleep mode.
  • If the behavior seems abnormal (for example, Pophie falls asleep immediately after waking up or won’t stay awake despite interaction), report the issue to the Pophie team with your firmware version and a short video of the behavior.

If Pophie only closes its eyes after several minutes of no interaction and wakes up when you talk to it, this is most likely normal behavior rather than a malfunction.

I believe if the room is dim enough it will cause Pophie to go to sleep.

Pophie has a few little “sleepy moments” :sleeping_face:

If the room gets very dark (for example, after you turn off the lights) and she hasn’t had any interaction for a while, she may decide it’s time for a little nap on her own.

You can also tell her “go to sleep” or “goodnight”, and she’ll understand and get ready to rest. If you have a sleep schedule set in the App, she can also follow that routine.

Of course, you can always put her to sleep manually too:
:crescent_moon: Tap the power icon on the App home screen (when Pophie is online);
:white_heart: Gently stroke her forehead area for a while, and she’ll slowly drift off.

And when it’s time to wake up your sleepy friend, just tap her, gently shake her, or call her name a few times — she’ll come back to you :blush::heart:
