Hi. This morning, I noticed that my pophie didn’t react the same way or move at all. I was trying to communicate with her, and it looks like she’s hanging. When I go into her app and try to restart her, it says she doesn’t have any Bluetooth connection anymore with my device. I already tried turning my Bluetooth connection on and off and on again, and she’s not responsive at all. Her eyes are half open, and her chest light doesn’t change color or fluctuate.
