Updating to this version
You can install this update manually through the Pophie App. If you don’t update manually, Pophie may automatically update between 3:00–5:00 AM local time while she is sleeping.
This update includes:
New: Pophie can dance along to music
Pophie can now recognize music with instrumental accompaniment and dance along to it, adding a new way to enjoy music together.
Good to know: Recognition of vocals-only singing is currently less stable, so singing without instrumental accompaniment may not trigger this interaction.
Action sounds better match your settings
Improved the selection of sounds that accompany Pophie’s movements, so they better match the language and voice settings currently in use.
Fewer accidental “shh” gesture triggers
Fixed an issue where some other gestures could occasionally be mistaken for the “shh” gesture.
More accurate charging status display
Fixed an occasional issue where Pophie’s charging status could be displayed incorrectly.
Improved behavior after scheduled wake-up
Fixed an issue where Pophie could quickly fall back asleep in a dark room after waking up at a scheduled time.
Clearer feedback when conversation access is unavailable
When your conversation allowance has been used up or conversation access is disabled, Pophie will provide a voice notification the first time you wake her. After that, she will respond to the wake word with a light indication.
