Hi there! I just set up Pophie and I have tried chatting with her but it says Private Chat isn’t available. Not sure why since I scanned the QR code and it seems to be the latest version of the app.
it’s connected to my online account and I have pro subscription 
When will this be available to Android users ?My Pophie App has the latest update, but it doesn’t include Pophie Chat.
They already released a statement saying that the google play store itself is holding up the android release and they made a link to where you can download it separately from the App Store on their website for anyone on android who doesn’t want to wait.
The Pophie App Update is finally available at german Google Play Store
Hi! I left a more detailed reply on your Community post, but the short version is:
Because your Pophie was only just activated, Private Chat may not unlock immediately. She first needs a little context about who you are.
Try talking with her for a few minutes and clearly introduce yourself — for example, tell her your name, what you’d like her to call you, and have a short normal conversation.
Once she has enough basic context about you, Private Chat should become available.
Your Pro subscription and account connection are not the issue here.
