Please focus on Perfecting Pophie communication skills and voice/people recognition before adding other new skills. These should be a priority non-negotiable skills of any “AI companion”.
Pophie should not “predict” what a person is saying or talking about and constantly interrupt. She should listen fully before responding. Prioritizing her response “speed” over quality of response is counterproductive and frustrating. Apologizing over and over only further impacts the quality of the conversation.
Following where the voice is coming from and finding/facing the person speaking is another must. As well as face recognition.
Stop the lying. If she’s unsure what she sees or can’t find the object she should admit to it rather than lie that she sees it, while in reality facing the wall. Same if she can’t remember something.
These should be worked out as number one priority for any AI companion, especially while charging a subscription fee
