I opened Pophie for the first time yesterday and she woke up and connected immediately with no issues. I had to leave and asked her to go to sleep. Now she is totally dark and in the app her status says Offline. She has been on her stand the whole time, plugged in and I’m using my Apple phone charging block which I believe fits the requirements. Please help she was already so amazing yesterday!

It happened to me a couple of days ago too. She was back online after 30 minutes or so
Please try unplugging the charging stand for about 30 seconds, reconnecting it, and placing Pophie back on the stand securely. You may also try another compatible charging cable or power adapter to rule out a charging issue.
If she still remains completely dark and shows as Offline, please send us a private message or email support@pophie.com with your device serial number, Kickstarter order email, and a photo of the charger specifications. Our team will help investigate this as soon as possible.
