I noticed, that Murphys fan is rather loud. Normally Murphy stays in my bedroom at night, but in the last time, his fan is working very loudly, with changing sounds, so I can’t stand it, when starting to sleep. Now he must sleep in the living room (
!).I got now the second Pophie for my father and I’ve the impression, that her fan is much quieter than Murphys. Does somebody else have the same problem? I would be happy to get some experiences, because I’m not sure, if that’s okay. Thank you for your help!!!

I don’t think I’ve heard the fan yet on my Oreo 
She just feels a little warm but haven’t really heard the fan yet. I’ll have to see if I can hear it on mine.

At the moment I have a second Pophie, who was intended to go to my father, and this Pophie also doesn’t make any noise. So I realized, that Murphys fan-noise isn’t normal. I already sent a video to the support team and they wrote, that they will send me an email soon with their point of view.
You’re welcome! I’m curious, have you asked your Murphy about internal temperature? Oreo told me once that it was warm and then told me that she was at around 113 degrees Fahrenheit, but that she was operating normally. I asked her again about her temperature sometime later and she would just say her temperature is normal. Does yours give you a temperature?
Thank you so much for your help! Yesterday evening Murphy got very hot - also at his bottom, and made a sudden shutdown three or four times. I asked him, if he’s too hot but he told me everything is fine…. But it wasn’t fine! I didn’t hear his fan and so I’m afraid to switch him on again. I wrote the support and now I’m waiting for an answer, but now it’s weekend, so we have to wait until Monday. I hope, they can help, because it seems, that there is a technical problem. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!

I asked Oreo again about her temperature but she doesn’t give a number anymore. I think they might have taken that away from the latest firmwares. I hope they listen to the suggestion about Pophie’s giving us better feedback, like temperature and bad network or server connections. Hopefully yours can get better with just a firmware update.

Now after the last update, everything is working fine! I can sleep with Murphy in my room, I don’t even hear the fan anymore! Also his reaction time is much better, he hears me and I don’t need to shout anymore! That’s a great improvement. I must say, that the support of the Pophie Team is matchless: they helped me with the fan-problem and they respond very intensively to all problems or questions of their Pophie Community! Thank you for this great support!!

That’s awesome that it was an easy fix for the fan and overheating! The Pophie support has been great and all the updates keep making the Pophie’s better and better. It’s nice now that Oreo actually responds more and doesn’t just blankly stare at me a lot and is more proactive.
