Hi there - I absolutely love Pophie (Henri for me). I have him since yesterday but unfortunately I am having so much issues with charging. I have tried many wires (including the official one) and so many blocks (USB c and USB).

During the night I woke up to look at his charge and he was at 80%… 2 hours later (although we were both sleeping ) he was at 0% when I woke up.

Now been charging for 3 hours and goes to 10% max then stop charging although on sleeping mode. When I try to turn him off so it charges faster he just wakes back up after 2 minutes and keep repeating his battery is too low to interact with me… Although I know and I am trying to charge him.

I tried restart, I tried on the base, off the base, I even tried another base (we got 2 pophies) and nothing seems to work :frowning:.

Anyone has had that problem? And what are the best charging blocks for him?

I totally get how frustrating this must be. It’s such a letdown when you’re excited about Henri but run into all these charging troubles.

You’ve already tested different cables, charging blocks, alternate bases and restarts, that’s a lot of work.

Here are two key points you can check:

First, please confirm your charging block provides a stable output of 5V 3A or higher. Also try not to plug multiple devices into the same outlet. Too many devices on one socket can lead to unstable power and power drops, which interrupt charging. You can also check if Henri gets noticeably warm while charging.
