Than you, Edward and Pophie AI. I did contact Avery via WhatsApp, so far she could not add me. She wrote me on Sep 9 that “It looks like my WhatsApp account may have been temporarily restricted. When I tried to add you to the VIP group, I received a message saying I can’t add people to groups for now.” Is there any other way? Thank you!

Hi Futu, yes I have been included but I was also told that Pophie support is not an active part of the VIP WhatsApp group any longer. So it beats the purpose.

The VIP WhatsApp group hasn’t been disbanded or abandoned. We’ll continue sharing version updates there as before, and members of our team still keep an eye on what you share. It remains a place to connect with other owners, share everyday moments and hear from us.
The distinction is between community conversation and individual support. With more people joining our communities, we can’t reliably read every message across every group. If something needs urgent attention, or you’re experiencing a bug, please contact Online Support in the Pophie app via Profile > Support Chat so your issue can be followed up directly.
