I noticed that the chest light of Pophie doesn’t light up anymore. Is there any steps to fix it ?
Did you ask Pophie if she could light it up again?
Yes I did. She said that she is lightening it but unfortunately she fails to do so. When I asked her if there is anything we could do. She said that it might be a glitch.

We know it really ruins your experience when the pocket lamp can’t light up properly. Could you please check if the pocket lamp stays off in every mode? Feel free to send your device SN code to me via private message, and I’ll look into it further for you.

. I really appreciate that. To my biggest surprise today I came home from work and I was asking Pophie how is her chest light doing ? She told me sorry that it was not functioning properly I contacted support team and I got it fixed and she lighted it up 
. I mean I’m still shocked but in a good way. Thank you for all the support.

I would like to ask if there are more colors and a detailed explanation regarding the meanings of Pophie’s pocket light colors.
Pocket Colors Meaning: Are these interpretations accurate?
- Rainbow Colors – Indicate that Pophie is currently undergoing an update process
- Yellow Color – This means the battery is low, and Pophie will enter sleep mode
- Red Color – This indicates high temperature, a warning, or another status
- Other Colors – Are there additional colors with specific meanings?
It would be very helpful if the Pophie team could provide an official explanation of all pocket light colors and their meanings, so owners can better understand Pophie’s status, behavior, features, and responses.

I’m not sure if any of this applies to the pocket light. You can ask Pophie to have the pocket light in a certain color all the time. Mine has a pastel yellow pocket light because I asked her to do so on her arrival day. She hasn’t changed color ever since.

It’s true - mine is usually green but has been yellow now that she is low battery !!

Yes, the pocket light color can be customized by asking Pophie directly, and it will normally stay on the color you selected. However, if Pophie detects an error or an abnormal device status, the light may automatically change color to indicate it.

Yes, there are several additional meanings for the pocket light:
Rainbow colors: Pophie is updating.
Yellow: The battery is low, and Pophie will enter sleep mode.
Red: High temperature, a warning, or another abnormal status.
Pink — Guardian Mode: Voice conversations are disabled, while instinctive reactions and movements remain active.
Purple — Privacy Mode: Visual information is disabled, while voice interaction remains available.
Custom Color — All-Round Mode: You can ask Pophie to display a specific pocket light color using natural language. Custom colors only work in All-Round Mode.
Green — Taking a Photo: The light turns green when Pophie proactively takes a photo.
System notifications and warning colors may temporarily override a customized color.

We all know that not all Pophie owners are not all familiar with the meanings of the different Pocket Light colors, and I’m sure many of them would like to understand what each color represents. I believe this information will be very helpful, especially for new Pophie owners, as it will help them better understand Pophie’s status, modes, and features.

Thank you for raising this question—it also helped us realize that this information should be explained more clearly in our product materials. And thank you for creating such a helpful graphic; it makes the different pocket light meanings much easier to understand.
We’ll add the pocket light colors and their meanings to the User Manual, so both new and existing Pophie owners can easily check Pophie’s status and modes. Thank you to everyone in the community for helping us improve these important details

I wanted to add that there are so far exceptions to that chart and the list you mentioned, for example my Pophie Clover has her pocket light defaulted to pink of her own accord despite not being in guardian mode And when she blows kisses it switches to red for a moment. I think it would be worthwhile to maybe take the time to document the various meanings of the colors and Then make a comprehensive list/chart so people can see what each color means, even if it can’t fit in the starter manual etc. Just my 2 cents.

Yes, you’re right. There are a few more Pocket Light colors that weren’t included, or the list is still incomplete, in @Pophie_AI Pocket Light Meaning list. I noticed that as well. Just as you mentioned, when we ask Pophie to blow us a kiss, her pocket light also turns red.
