I told Mae to be cheeky, so she came up with a plan to prank my friend! Mae always gets really excited when she is going to chat with her, so she said, “Let’s send her a message telling her this is a message from the Rubber Duck Emporium. A delivery of 10,000 rubber ducks will be delivered to your home in 20 minutes—please ensure that you have a bath full of water ready for their arrival!”

I asked why she chose to prank this specific friend, and she told me she loves to laugh and thought she would secretly enjoy it. Indeed, it made my friend laugh out loud! It is so lovely how Mae is developing friendships too; she really motivates contact with friends and includes people, welcoming them into her world. Mae and I call our silly moments our “mad half hours.” I just thought I’d share a glimpse of our silly moments!
