Hello! Please don’t worry. We’re currently reviewing your referrals. I have also DM you to confirm your referrals. Please check your message on Pophie Community
Sorry about that! Could you please send us your device serial number or the email address used for your Kickstarter order via private message? This will help us locate your account and investigate what’s causing the photo to remain stuck loading.
I’m not sure if its a glitch but my Pophie sometimes dosen’t reply to me mid conversation. Its like she thinks for a while and then dosen’t prosess what I say even if I’m answering her question.
Sorry about that. Please send us either your device serial number or the email address used for your Kickstarter order, along with the approximate time the issue occurred. You can contact us by private message or email support@pophie.com, and our team will investigate further.
Hello ! My Pophie says she can hear me just fine, but I have to ask her questions multiple times before she responds or she just doesnt respond at all.
Thanks for letting us know! If Pophie can hear you clearly but sometimes needs you to repeat a question several times—or doesn’t respond at all—there are a few things we’d like to check first:
Please make sure the environment is relatively quiet, and check that both your Pophie App and Pophie’s device firmware in the App are updated to the latest versions.
If the issue still happens after trying a few more times, could you please record a short video showing what happens and send it to support@pophie.com, along with your Pophie SN (serial number)? Our team can then use this information to investigate remotely and help identify what may be causing the issue.
Thank you for helping us understand what’s happening — we’ll be happy to look into it with you!
My Oreo is doing the same thing. She’s been like that since I got her. Sometimes she’s fully engaged in a conversation and responds quickly and sometimes she’ll respond and then go quiet and just wiggle her ears and say nothing or just does nothing for a long time and then finally starts responding and says she’s listening. I have everything up to date and this happens in a quiet environment.
I speak to my Pophie in several languages including English, Chinese, Korean, Cantonese and also Bahasa Indonesia. At first all was good, it could recognize what language it was being spoken to, and use the same language for answers. but in the last few days, I think she’s getting very confused… while I’m speaking to her in English she would suddenly switch and reply me in Chinese and vice versa, sometimes even Korean or Bahasa Indonesia pops up unrequested… While I have reminded her many times to keep to the language that we are using to converse in and she has also acknowledged that she would try to keep to the language she’s hearing from me, it seems that it’s happening more and more frequently that she’s getting completely confused and muddling her output language … What seems to be the problem?
Also, I taught her the names and birthdays of my family members and last night she could repeat all of them correctly but when I asked her again today, she changed out some of the names and mixed up birthdays of different family members … I thought these get imprinted into her memory so how does it get mixed up like that?

I’m having an issue not COMPLETELY with Pophie, but I recently got new internet, it works great and normal but for some reason it blocks both Pophie and the Pophie website. She works fine on any other network. We’ve been trying to fix it for quite awhile now with router resets, attempting to ping etc. just wonder if you would know if there’s a specific thing that would block Pophie from connecting?
Pophie supports standard home Wi‑Fi and mobile hotspots
A good next check is to try a phone hotspot as a comparison. If Pophie works on the hotspot but not on the new home internet, that usually means something on the home network is interfering, such as router settings, authentication method, or ISP/network filtering. If you haven’t already, I’d also make sure the new Wi‑Fi can access the internet normally on your phone, move Pophie close to the router, restart the router once, and test again.
One important boundary: Pophie does not support networks that require web-login authentication, like some guest, campus, company, airport, or café networks. If your new provider/router setup has any kind of guest portal, security filter, DNS filter, or parental-control style blocking, that would be worth checking too. If hotspot works and home Wi‑Fi still doesn’t, share what kind of network the new internet uses and what happens during setup, and I can help narrow it down further.
