I dont know if this is something that can be changed.
But when our Pophie takes a picture she takes it from a very high angle.
Not in front of her.
Which then ends up taking pictures of just the top of our heads.
That makes it kinda hard, to get good perfect moments.
Pophie was originally designed to be a desktop companion, so its camera is angled slightly upward. Because of this, it might only capture your head if you are too close. If you move back a bit, it will be able to capture your full body.
You can try placing Pophie a little farther away before calling her and asking her to take a photo. You can also position her slightly lower, or carefully raise the back of the charging base so she tilts forward a little. This may help the camera capture more of the person in front of her instead of only the top of their head.
Please make sure the base remains stable and that the cooling vents are not blocked.
